2. As shown in the above figure, remove the rear spray hook, turn on the lifting switch next to the electric box, put down the rear spray pipe, and open the left and right spray pipes respectively, so that the nozzle is about 260 mm from the ground. The height can be adjusted by the chain.
3. Start the main vehicle engine, let the air pressure reach above 0.6MP, step on the clutch, open the power take-off as shown in (Figure 2) to let the hydraulic system start working.
4. Open the oil outlet valve and adjust the required spreading width and spreading amount.
5. Switch the operating state to the ready position. At this time, the asphalt circulates from the tank → oil outlet valve → filter → asphalt pump → left nozzle → middle nozzle → right nozzle → large circulation valve → back to the tank. Circulate for about 10 minutes until the nozzle and nozzle temperature is high. As shown in the figure below

6. According to the recommended gear on the computer screen, the car transmission is shifted to the same gear. When the spreader reaches the specified operation point, the operating state is switched to the spraying position to start spraying.
7. Maintain a straight line and drive at a constant speed to the end point, switch the operating state to the stop position, and the spraying operation is completed.
8. During driving, the actual vehicle speed should be as close to the recommended speed as possible, and the spraying amount will be accurate.
