1. After construction, the asphalt pavement comprehensive maintenance vehicle must be wiped and cleaned, and there must be no dirt, residue, etc. on the vehicle body.
2. The fasteners of the asphalt pavement comprehensive maintenance vehicle must be strictly inspected every week, and if they are found to be loose, they should be tightened in time.
3. After work, the asphalt pavement comprehensive maintenance vehicle must be put into the warehouse and must not be stored in the open air.
4. If it is not used for a long time, the materials in the thermal oil tank, asphalt tank, oil washing tank and other containers must be emptied, and cleaned after emptying, and all valves of the liquefied gas tank and pipeline system must be closed. All lubrication parts must be filled with lubricating oil and covered with cloth for storage.
5. The asphalt tank, oil washing tank, and thermal oil tank must be drained every 2000 hours of use, and cleaned after drainage.
6. All filter devices of the asphalt pavement comprehensive maintenance vehicle must be removed and cleaned every 500 hours of work.
7. The parking garage must be ventilated and dry.
8. Electrical system: The electrical system of the asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle can be divided into three parts: automatic control, safety protection, power supply and lighting warning.
(1) Automatic control system. A DC24V solenoid valve is used to control the entire operation of the gas and hydraulic systems. It is equipped with adjustable thermal wall heating program automatic control, automatic silo ignition and heating temperature automatic control, automatic switching between charging and battery power supply, and a thermal wall wireless remote control system can be installed.
(2) Safety protection system. To ensure personal and equipment safety. The asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle is equipped with automatic gas leak alarm and gas source cut-off, gas overpressure and low pressure protection, and silo ignition monitoring – automatically close the gas valve and sound an alarm when the silo is extinguished.
(3) Power supply and lighting system. The asphalt pavement maintenance vehicle uses a DC24V car battery, which can be safely powered, and has lighting, work warning and other facilities to ensure the normal operation.
9. Hydraulic system
(1) Before starting the system: Observe the level gauge, check whether the hydraulic oil level and oil temperature are normal, whether all components and fasteners are tightened, and the reversing valve should be in the unloaded state. When the oil level is lower than 2/3 of the normal oil mark, the filtered oil should be added. When refueling, the oil barrel mouth, oil tank mouth and oil pipe must be cleaned. After refueling, the oil tank level should be kept within the specified range (i.e. 90% of the full scale).
(2) System operation: After the power take-off is hung, the hydraulic oil pump will run without load for ten minutes before the system can work normally. The operation can be done by using the knob in the electric control box or the button on the remote control box. When the electrical system fails, the hydraulic multi-way valve handle can also be used for direct operation.
(3) Shutdown: The pump should be unloaded before the system stops running. When the system is out of use for a long time, the oil in the system should be drained and the system should be cleaned. New oil should be added to the system before it is used again.
