1. Since the working devices and pipeline surfaces of asphalt spreaders are at very high temperatures during operation, please wear work clothes, gloves and protective caps before work to avoid burns.
2. Only 60% of the rated capacity of asphalt is allowed to be added to a new vehicle for the first use.
3. Before adding high-temperature hot asphalt, the water in the tank must be cleaned up, otherwise the high-temperature hot asphalt will swell rapidly and spray out when it encounters cold water, which will be dangerous.
4. After using emulsified asphalt, switch to using high-temperature hot asphalt. The emulsified asphalt in the tank must be cleaned up, otherwise it will be dangerous.
5. During transportation and spraying, it is absolutely forbidden to stand on the working platform behind the asphalt spreader.
6. After adding high-temperature hot asphalt, for safety reasons, non-operating personnel must stay more than 5 meters away from the asphalt spreader.
7. In order to achieve a relatively satisfactory spraying quality, the added asphalt must reach: ordinary heavy-duty road hot asphalt above 160℃; SBS, SBR modified hot asphalt above 185℃; SBS, SBR modified emulsified asphalt between 65-85℃.
8. The allowable operating temperature of heat transfer oil is ≤250℃.
9. When using emulsified asphalt, the sediment at the bottom of the large storage tank is prohibited from being added to the asphalt spreader, otherwise it cannot be used.
10. When the asphalt pump is stuck, it must not be started forcibly, and it must be heated and loosened before it can work.
11. When preparing to switch to emulsified asphalt after using high-temperature hot asphalt, the remaining asphalt in the asphalt pump, pipeline, and tank body must be cleaned up, otherwise it cannot be used.
12. When the power take-off is in gear, the car clutch must be disengaged. Otherwise, the power take-off or car transmission will be damaged.
13. The reducer is in high gear during transportation and low gear during spraying. Gears must be shifted only after the car clutch is disengaged when the vehicle is at low speed or stopped.
14. During the transportation of the spreader, the power take-off must be disconnected, the controller must be turned off, the inlet and outlet valves must be closed, the heat transfer oil pump must be stopped, and the burner must not be used during driving.
15. During the transportation of the spreader, the main gas source switch of the working system must be turned off.
16. After each vehicle is sprayed, the asphalt pump and pipeline must be cleaned.
17. After work every day, the remaining asphalt in the tank must be drained.
18. New cars must be driven within 2500KM to the chassis special maintenance station for “walking warranty”, otherwise the chassis manufacturer will not provide three guarantees.
19. Due to the continuous update of national automobile regulations, our company recommends that customers apply for motor vehicle licenses within one month after purchasing a new car.
