(1) Vehicle body and chassis maintenance
1. Clean the vehicle body: After transportation, promptly clean the vehicle body with a high-pressure water gun and special car wash liquid to remove dirt such as concrete and soil, preventing corrosion of the vehicle body’s paint surface and structure.
2. Inspect the chassis components: Regularly check the suspension, transmission and steering system components, such as springs, shock absorbers, transmission chains and steering tie rod ball joints. Repair or replace any problems found in a timely manner.
3. Lubricate chassis components: Regularly lubricate lubrication points such as the universal joint of the drive shaft, the steering joint, and the brake caliper to reduce component friction.

(2) Maintenance of the mixing tank
1. Clean the mixing tank: At the end of each day’s work, add clean water to start the mixing device for flushing, and then use a high-pressure water gun to rinse thoroughly to prevent the concrete from remaining and hardening.
2. Inspect the stirring blades: Regularly check the wear of the blades. Replace them in time when the wear exceeds one-third of the original thickness. At the same time, tighten the connection between the blades and the tank body.
3. Maintain the transmission system of the mixing tank: Regularly check the oil level and quality of the reducer, and inspect the coupling bolts and hydraulic pump for any oil leakage to ensure the normal operation of the transmission system.
(3) Engine Maintenance
Change the engine oil and oil filter: According to the engine manual, change the engine oil and filter every 5,000 to 10,000 kilometers to ensure the engine operates well.
2. Check the air filter: Regularly inspect the filter element. Clean or replace it in time when it is dirty. In a dusty environment, increase the replacement frequency appropriately.
3. Maintain the cooling system: Regularly check the coolant level, inspect the pipelines for any leaks, and clean the radiator of the water tank to ensure good heat dissipation.
