4. The inspection items before operation meet the following requirements: 1. Fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, and water tank are fully filled, the tire pressure meets the regulations, and the lighting and signal indicators are complete and in good condition; 2. The hydraulic system works normally and there is no leakage in the pipeline; the cleaning water pump and equipment are complete and intact; 3. There is no debris in the mixing hopper, and the protective net on the hopper is intact and tightly covered; 4. The transmission pipeline is firmly connected and well sealed.
5. Pipes and hoses used for distribution pipelines shall not use pipes with a diameter exceeding the specified diameter, and the connected hoses shall be fastened with anti-slip safety belts.
6. The stretching boom should be carried out in the order of the factory instructions, and the boom can only be rotated after it is lifted off the bracket. It is strictly forbidden to lift or drag objects with the placement boom. When pouring concrete, be careful not to collide with the gantry crane.
7. When the placement boom is in a fully extended state, the body must not be moved. When the body needs to be moved during operation, fold and fix the upper boom, and the moving speed must not exceed 10 km/h
8. During the work, pay attention to the instructions of the staff at the pouring point, and pause or start the pouring operation in time.
9. Do not drag the hose at the front end of the placement boom on the ground; it is forbidden to extend the distribution pipe and place the boom. When the wind force exceeds level 6, the pouring boom shall not be used to transport concrete.
10. Before pumping, when the hydraulic oil temperature is lower than 15, the method of extending the idle running time is used to increase the oil temperature.
11. When pumping, the operation of the pump and the mixing device should be checked, the instrument and signal indicator should be monitored, and the abnormality should be stopped in time.
12. The concrete in the hopper should be kept above the center line of the mixing shaft.
Thirteen. Pumping concrete should be operated continuously. When forced to pause due to interruption of feeding, the mixing barrel stores part of the concrete and pumps part of the concrete regularly to prevent the concrete from segregating or solidifying in the pipeline. After the feeding truck arrives again, the pouring operation will continue.
14. During operation, the grille in the hopper must not be removed, and unqualified aggregates or debris must be cleaned in time.
15. When the pressure gauge is found to reach a high value during pumping and the running sound changes, the pumping should be stopped immediately, and the reverse operation method should be used to eliminate the pipeline blockage; if it is ineffective, remove the pipeline and clean it.
16. After the operation, all the concrete in the pipeline and hopper will be output, and then the hopper and pipeline will be cleaned. When using compressed air to clean the pipeline, no one shall stand within 10 meters in front of the outlet end of the pipeline.
17. After operation, do not use the pressure road, and the folding and retraction of the distribution rod should be carried out in the prescribed order.
18. After operation, reset the operating switch, adjustment handle, handwheel, joystick, cock, etc. Unload the hydraulic system, retract the legs, park the car in a safe place, and close the doors and windows. Save water in winter and prevent pump pipes from freezing
