I. Precautions for Use
1. Pre-operation inspection: A series of inspections must be carried out before each use of the truck-mounted crane. Including but not limited to the hydraulic oil level, fuel quantity, lubricating oil condition and whether each connection part is tightened. 2. Adhere to load limits: Operate strictly in accordance with the maximum lifting capacity indicated on the equipment nameplate. Overloading is strictly prohibited to prevent mechanical failures or safety accidents. 3. Maintain stable outriggers: Ensure that the outriggers are fully extended and firmly supported on the ground to prevent overturning accidents caused by instability. 4. Pay attention to the surrounding environment: Always keep an eye on the conditions around the work area, especially dangerous factors such as wires above, and ensure there is sufficient safety distance. 5. Professional operation: Only operators who have passed training can drive and operate the truck-mounted crane, eliminating the occurrence of unlicensed operation.

Ii. Maintenance Precautions
Regular maintenance plan: Develop a detailed regular maintenance plan and strictly implement it. Under normal circumstances, a small-scale maintenance of the equipment is required every 50 hours of operation. A comprehensive overhaul and maintenance are required after working for 200 hours.
2. Cleaning and Lubrication: Keep the appearance of the equipment clean and tidy, and regularly remove dust and dirt. Special lubricating oil should be frequently applied to the movable joints to reduce wear and extend service life. 3. Hydraulic system maintenance: Closely monitor the operation of the hydraulic system, and regularly replace the hydraulic oil filter element to prevent impurities from entering and affecting system performance. At the same time, it is also necessary to regularly check whether there is any leakage problem in the pipeline. 4. Protection of electrical components: Strengthen the protective measures for electrical components to prevent situations such as moisture and short circuits. It is also necessary to regularly check the battery power and the connection of the lines to ensure normal power supply. 5. Storage conditions requirements: When not in use for a long time, the truck-mounted crane should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated place, and appropriate anti-rust and anti-corrosion measures should be taken. In addition, the hooks and other accessories should be removed and properly stored to prevent loss or damage.
By following the above regulations and maintenance points regarding the use of truck-mounted cranes, not only can work efficiency be effectively improved, but also the probability of equipment failure can be significantly reduced, thereby ensuring the personal safety of staff and protecting their property from damage.
