Warranty Claim Process
1. Submit Vehicle Information

Not Covered by Warranty
To ensure fair and clear warranty service, the following situations are usually not covered by warranty:
- Damage caused by improper operation, overload, accident, or unauthorized modification.
- Normal wear parts, such as filters, brake pads, clutch plates, tires, belts, bulbs, and lubricants.
- Damage caused by poor maintenance, wrong fuel, wrong oil, or failure to follow the maintenance schedule.

Maintenance Suggestions
