Maintenance Suggestions

Proper maintenance can greatly extend the service life of the truck and reduce unexpected downtime. We recommend customers carry out regular inspection and maintenance according to the truck operation manual.

  • Check engine oil, coolant, brake air pressure, and hydraulic oil regularly.
  • Inspect bolts, pipelines, tires, suspension, and electrical connections before heavy-duty operation.
  • Replace filters, lubricants, and wear parts according to the maintenance schedule.
  • Keep the hydraulic system clean and avoid contamination of hydraulic oil.
  • For tank trucks, regularly check tank body, valves, pipelines, and sealing parts.
