Powder Tanker Maintenance Guide

1) Make sure there is no pressure in the tank before opening the tank cover;

2) Avoid mixing debris into the tank when loading, which may block the discharge pipe and affect the discharge speed and residual rate;

3) Keep the tank dry on a daily basis to avoid powder agglomeration;

4) During maintenance, pay attention to the parts and avoid knocking to prevent damage, deformation, bumps, scratches, etc. to the parts. Pay attention to cleaning when reassembling the parts;

5) When speeding up, remember not to throttle too hard and use force evenly;

6) Remember not to exhaust air from the external air source port;

7) When the air compressor stops working due to other reasons during the decompression process, the air inlet valves of the front and rear compartments should be closed, and then the external air source should be opened; after a while, close the external air source and open the air inlet valves of the front and rear compartments;

8) After the first unloading, be sure to check the bolts and U-bolts of the fulcrum and tighten each bolt one by one; in the future, each bolt should be checked regularly and tightened if it is found to be loose.
