10 Wheel Mixer Truck Introduction

The 10 wheel concrete mixing transport vehicle is composed of an automobile chassis and a special device for concrete mixing transport. The special mechanism mainly includes force extractor, stirring cylinder before and after support, reducer, hydraulic system, stirring cylinder, operating mechanism, cleaning system and so on.

The working principle is that the power of the car chassis is taken out by the force taking device, and the variable pump of the hydraulic system is driven, the mechanical energy is converted into hydraulic energy and transmitted to the quantitative motor, the motor drives the reducer, and the reducer drives the mixing device to stir the concrete.
Equipped with a large-displacement diesel engine, it meets the demands of heavy-load starting, climbing grades, and long-distance transport. It also features a powerful braking system to handle complex road conditions.

The tank is constructed of high-strength, wear-resistant steel, with special blades welded to the inner wall. Driven by an imported hydraulic motor, the rotation speed is adjustable (typically 5-18 rpm), ensuring that the concrete does not solidify or segregate during transport.

Equipped with a high-pressure cleaning system, connected to a nozzle via a water pump, it cleans the tank, discharge chute, and vehicle body to prevent residual concrete from solidifying.

The cab features a control button for the mixing tank, allowing for real-time speed adjustment and start/stop.
