Common problems and solutions of rear dump semi-hanging

The self-dumping semi-trailer is suitable for the transportation of bulk scattered goods such as coal, ore and building materials. The dump semi-trailer can be divided into two categories according to its use: a heavy-duty and super-heavy dump trailer belonging to off-highway transportation mainly undertakes large-scale mining, engineering and other transportation tasks, and is usually used with excavators. The other category belongs to the light, medium and type ordinary dump trailer for road transport, which mainly bears the transport of loose goods such as sand, soil and coal, and is usually used with loaders.

1. Why the compartment drops when the lift switch on the instrument panel is pressed; And when you press the drop switch on the dashboard, the carriage lifts? A: This is caused by the reverse connection of the solenoid valve that controls lift and fall. There are three ways to eliminate: ① adjust the lifting and lowering switch wires on the instrument panel; ② Adjust the wire of the solenoid valve that controls lifting and lowering; ③ Adjust the two air pipes of the distribution valve.
2. Does the dump truck not lift? A: The following parts should be checked if the dump truck does not lift. Check the force extractor: First see whether the drive shaft connected with the oil pump rotates, if not, it indicates that there is a problem with this part of the force extractor (the electromagnetic valve of the force extractor or the force extractor itself has a problem); If it is rotated, it means that the force extractor is OK and should be investigated further down.
Check the oil pump: ① The oil pump rotation is correct. Stretch out the left hand, the thumb is opposite the spline of the oil pump, and the rotation of the rest of the fingers is the same, it is a left-handed pump, and the reverse is a right-handed pump. ② Whether the oil pump is damaged. The wear of the oil pump will cause the high and low pressure cavity of the oil pump to be connected and the oil cannot be pumped.
Check the distribution valve: ① Whether the gas pipe on the distribution valve has gas. Press the lift and drop switch to check whether the two gas pipes on the distributing valve have gas. If there is no gas, it indicates that the solenoid valve controlling lift and fall is faulty, and the solenoid valve should be replaced. ② Whether the distribution valve is damaged.
3. Is the lifting speed of the car box adjustable, and is the automatic fall faster a fault? Answer: Lifting speed is not adjustable. Falling too fast is a symptom of failure.
4. What are the important hydraulic components of the hydraulic lifting system and what roles do they play? A: Oil pump – oil supply; Check valve – control the flow of oil; Distribution valve (rotating valve) – control the lifting and lowering of the truck; Cylinder – Produces thrust.
6. Why do gear pumps have “teeth” phenomenon? How to rule it out? A: Sometimes when the force extractor takes the force, the gear pump sends out a rapid “click, click… This is mostly due to the insufficient amount of oil in the pump. This phenomenon in the new car may be caused by the oil pump inlet pipe is too thin or the inlet pipe is sucked and dented. The inlet pipe should be thickened and the inlet pipe with high strength and hardness (with steel wire in the pipe) should be used. After a period of time, the dump truck may be aging and deflated, or the filter screen of the oil outlet of the oil storage tank is blocked, resulting in poor oil intake. If all possibilities have been ruled out, then only the oil pump is damaged, and the oil pump should be replaced in time.
5. How to solve the climbing problem during lifting? A: Sometimes in the lifting process of the carriage, there will be a climbing phenomenon, which is mostly caused by the intake of air in the hydraulic system, and the cylinder is filled with oil and gas mixture.
