Working principle of road water tank truck

The sprinkler truck has the functions of front flushing, rear sprinkling, side spraying and high-altitude cannon, and is used for cleaning roads and watering greenery. The vehicle is divided into a chassis and a superstructure, and the superstructure includes tanks, sprinkler pumps and other parts. The chassis, fuel, cooling and other systems need to be regularly maintained to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle and extend its service life.

1. Forward flushing: Use the front nozzle to flush the debris on the concrete or asphalt road surface to 4m away from the nozzle to clean the road surface; the forward flushing can reach 14 meters wide.

2. Rear sprinkling: Use the two nozzles installed at the rear of the vehicle to spray water into a uniform fan-shaped surface and sprinkle water on the road surface; the rear sprinkling can reach 10 meters wide.Side spray

The sprinkler truck consists of two parts: chassis and top:

1. Chassis: Choose the chassis brand you trust according to the size of the car you need or specify it (you can also bring your own chassis)

2. Top: The standard tank body is made of Q235 national standard carbon steel with a thickness of 4MM. It is equipped with front flushing, rear sprinkling, side spraying, a working platform behind the tank body, and a greening sprinkler cannon installed on the platform. The sprinkler cannon can rotate in all directions and can be continuously adjusted to straight flushing, heavy rain, light rain, and drizzle. It is equipped with a safety guardrail. It is equipped with a high-power special sprinkler pump, which can be self-priming and self-draining, equipped with a filter, with a fire interface, can be fed through a fire hydrant, with a self-flow valve, and equipped with two three-meter water pipes.

The tank body and water pipes are phosphated, and the inner wall of the tank is coated with non-toxic anti-rust paint.

(1) The maintenance of the vehicle chassis and the matching pump shall be carried out in accordance with the corresponding instruction manual.

(2) The vehicle should be run-in according to the requirements of the vehicle instruction manual before use.

(3) Lubrication system maintenance: The vehicle needs to be cleaned and maintained every 5,000km-10,000km of driving. It also needs to be cleaned and maintained when the engine noise is too loud, the acceleration is weak, or the water temperature is too high. Clean the sludge and other deposits inside the engine to avoid oxidation and thickening of the oil at high temperatures, which can effectively reduce the wear of engine components, thereby extending the engine life and improving the engine power.

(4) Cooling system maintenance: The vehicle should be cleaned and maintained once in the winter and summer seasons. It is recommended that you clean and maintain it once every 6 to 8 months during normal driving, or when the water temperature is too high, leaking, or boiling. Remove traces and scale that cause engine overheating, prevent harmful corrosion, avoid and stop leakage of seals and water tanks, and completely replace the old coolant.

(5) Fuel system maintenance: The vehicle needs to be cleaned and maintained once every 800km-1,000km of driving, or when you find that the engine is trembling, hysteresis, poor acceleration, black smoke, weakness, and fuel consumption. It is necessary to remove the colloid and carbon deposits inside the system, prevent harmful corrosion, avoid and stop the leakage of seals and water tanks, and completely replace the old coolant.

(6) Transmission maintenance: Clean and maintain the vehicle every 800km-1000km, or clean and maintain it when the transmission slips, the water temperature is too high, the gear shift is slow, or the system leaks. Remove harmful sludge and paint film deposits, restore the elasticity of the gasket and O-ring, make the transmission shift smooth, improve power output, and completely replace the old automatic transmission oil.

(7) Power steering system maintenance: Clean and maintain the vehicle every 1000km-2000km, or clean and maintain it after the steering difficulty system leaks and the power steering machine parts are replaced. Remove harmful sludge and paint film in the system, remove steering difficulties at low temperatures, stop and prevent power steering fluid leakage, eliminate steering noise, and completely replace the old brake steering fluid.

(8) Brake system maintenance: The vehicle should be cleaned and maintained every 800 km, or when the ABS reacts too early or too slowly. Remove harmful sludge and paint film in the system, eliminate the risk of failure at extremely high or low temperatures, effectively prevent the brake fluid from deteriorating and expiring, and completely replace the old brake fluid.
